Rules and Regulations
In addition to the HOA's CC&Rs and Rules and Regulations, residents and owners are also subject to laws, ordinances and regulations implemented by City, County, State and other legislative bodies. One such regulation is the City of Palm Springs regulation on permitted days/ hours of construction.
